Why is an Amazon.com ad here?  Because for every purchase made, Amazon will give the ZCA 4% of the transaction.  To get the credit, it is important that you shop through the Amazon link on our site.  So, make that click count and help Zuni today!

Resolve To Get Involved!

It's never too late to participate.  The next monthly ZCA meeting will be Wednesday, January 14th at 6:30p.m. in the library. This is a great opportunity to meet other parents and staff members and hear what is happening with the school and community at large. Come and learn firsthand about some of the events that will be happening at Zuni and how you can help.   Complimentary childcare will be available.

BoxTops / Labels For Education Program Going Strong All Year Long

Thank you to everyone for your dedication with this year's BoxTops / Labels For Education program.  So far, we have raised $1290! This is money that the ZCA uses to help fund things like school field trips, playground equipment, and staff appreciation.  Keep in mind that this program runs all year long and is an alternative to us having more traditional types of "selling" fundraisers.  Simply collect the Boxtops coupon or package label from participating products and return them to school in your child's blue folder.

As you stock your pantry for the new year, be sure to be on the lookout for Boxtops products.  Many grocery stores are running ads right now that are heavily discounting (e.g. 10 for $10) Boxtops/Campbell's items.

Coyote Families Please Offer A Special Howl Of Thanks

We have been very fortunate to receive an active interest from many local businesses this year in helping us with donations of goods and services for our school events.

This month, we'd like to acknowledge the following businesses who have been more than generous in supporting Zuni:

  • 101 & Shea
  • 101 & Shea
  • Desert Ridge
  • Raintree
  • Phoenix Village Gateway (Tatum & Shea)

Should you happen by any of these businesses, feel free to offer your appreciation directly to the manager.  It is their participation that makes it possible for us to control the costs of our activities -- freeing up more proceeds that can support Zuni programs.
